A wedding planner (me!) will make your wedding planning journey a lot easier, fun and simple and your wedding day itself seamless. This blog post topic will cover some of the reasons why.
1. Save you time
Did you know that planning a wedding can take up to approximately 200 hours, and for many the process is over a year? That is a lot of weekends and evenings of your time taken up. As your planner I can help get you that time back; as I take on all the wed-min and tasks which are so incredibly time consuming, such as the venue search or getting suppliers quotes and creating a budget. This leaves you to use your valuable time on the best parts: hello venue visits, dress shopping and food and wine tasting!
2. Saving you stress
It can be very stressful and overwhelming planning a large event if it’s something you haven’t done before (and even if you have!). Organisation and endless lists are not for everyone. With me by your side I can ensure the stressful elements don’t land on you, and I will guide you through the process bit by bit so you don’t feel overwhelmed by it all.
3. Finding the best suppliers
I have a wealth of knowledge with 10 years in the industry, which has left me with a network of trusted and knowledgeable suppliers. I am also a member of the Wedding Business club, which is a community of fantastic wedding suppliers I work with regularly.
4. On-the-day coordination
On your day you want to be full of smiles, sipping Champagne and making wonderful memories. You do not want to be worrying whether the band has arrived, if the caterers are ready with canapés, or whether the correct place names are all in the right order. This is where I come in, I will liaise with suppliers from set up and then coordinate the key events of the wedding such as the ceremony, the reception, cake cutting and first dance. This will leave you to feel relaxed and confident in the knowledge that everything will flow seamlessly, and that it will be the best day.
