MY WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT SERVICE 

If you have planned your perfect wedding, but require professional support in the final weeks and on the day to ensure the smooth running, then this service is for you. It is also, sometimes known as On The Day Coordination. This includes a meeting 6 -8 weeks prior to your wedding to review your plans and help pulling the final bits together and offer advice as needed.  I will do a venue visit, put together your wedding day schedule and manage the day. With me running your wedding day you can truly relax and enjoy your day knowing you are in safe hands. This option is especially recommended for dry hire venues or a marquee wedding you have  organised yourself.

HELPING YOUR WEDDING DAY RUN SMOOTHLY

ON YOUR WEDDING DAY I WILL

Set up any styling elements, be the key point of contact for your suppliers, manage entertainment, assist guests and bring my on the day emergency wedding kit: think sewing kit, tissues and personal care items. I will coordinate the events of the day including ceremony, reception, speeches, cake cutting and first dance. With me running the day you can truly relax and enjoy your wedding knowing you are in safe hands.

PRICE GUIDE FOR WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

The service starts from £1,500, and may vary depending on the location, size and complexity of wedding.

 I don’t even know how I can begin. Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and it would not have been possible without Mel. She was both an efficient and calming influence on the day. Everything was perfect. Both ourselves and our guests had a wonderful time and Mel was  an absolute dream to work with.
