WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
If you’ve planned your perfect day but would like professional support in the final weeks along with calm, capable coordination on the day itself, this is the service for you. We’ll come on board around 6–8 weeks before your wedding to review all your plans, help tie up any final loose ends, and offer guidance where needed. We’ll also carry out a venue visit, create a detailed wedding day schedule, and be there on the day to oversee everything from start to finish. With Your Story Events managing your wedding day, you can relax and soak it all in, knowing every detail is taken care of and your celebration is in safe hands.
ON YOUR WEDDING DAY, WE WILL
We’ll set up any personal or styling elements, act as the main point of contact for your suppliers, manage your entertainment, and be on hand to support your guests. We also come equipped with our essential emergency kit - think sewing essentials, tissues, personal care items and more just in case.
From the ceremony to the reception, speeches to the first dance, we’ll carefully coordinate the flow of the day so everything runs smoothly. With us by your side, you’re free to focus on the most important part: celebrating with your loved ones.
