​With our full planning experience, you’ll be supported every step of the way from sourcing your perfect venue to the final dance of the night. Working in close partnership, we’ll gently guide you through each stage with clear advice, creative vision, and calm coordination. From managing timelines and budgets to curating a trusted team of suppliers, we take care of the details so you can enjoy the journey. We’ll also create a thoughtful, story-led wedding design, ensuring every element feels deeply personal and beautifully cohesive, a true reflection of you both. This service can also include full wedding weekend planning, from welcome drinks to farewell brunches.

​With full-service planning, we look after every detail with care and precision, giving you the space to enjoy the experience, without the stress. Here’s what’s included:

Creating a bespoke wedding styling and design proposal that’s thoughtfully curated and authentic to your story, complete with a mood board and visuals to help you see how your vision will come to life.

In-depth wedding budget breakdown and financial planning.

Creating a personalised planning schedule and checklist.

Sourcing and hand-picking reliable, trustworthy suppliers and management of these suppliers. This will include a florist, caterer, wedding cake, videographer, photographer, stationery, furniture, technical, transport, entertainment, decor and signage.​

Arranging hair, make-up and bridal styling appointments if needed.

Guestlists, RSVP management and creating/managing wedding websites if required.​

Collating local information for guests, for example, accommodation, travel guides or 'things to do' if they are from out of town

Arranging and attending site visits, meetings, and menu tastings.

Liaising with all suppliers regarding logistics and planning.

On-the-day management from set up to the end of the day to ensure smooth running. This includes managing suppliers, coordinating wedding day events, and packing down.

Plan and manage other weekend events, such as welcome parties and farewell events.
INVESTMENT
​
Full Wedding Planning is typically quoted at 12% of your overall wedding budget, depending on the scope and complexity of the celebration.​ A minimum fee will apply.
