WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

If you are looking for a wedding planner that specialise in fun, relaxed weddings with modern and stylish vibe then you are in the right place. I have two different planning packages to choose from depending on how much support you need and where you are in the planning process.  Take a look at them below to see which suits you.

FULL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING

With the full planning experience, I will be with you every step of the way, from searching for your perfect wedding venue through to the final dance of the night. This will include working in partnership with you and guiding you through everything step by step, giving my advice and support while taking on majority of the planning tasks. This is perfect for you if you are a busy bride or groom to be; overwhelmed by the prospect of planning your entire celebration or just need a trusted friend to guide you through the whole process.

MY ROLE DURING THE PLANNING PROCESS

My role as your wedding planner will cover the following:

​

  • Finding your wedding venue or location and marquee structure

  •  Creating a bespoke wedding styling and design proposal including a  mood board and visuals  to help you see how your vision will come to life

  • Budget breakdown and financial planning

  • Creating a personalised timeline and planning schedule

  •  Sourcing and hand picking reliable, trustworthy suppliers and management of these suppliers. This will include florist, caterer, wedding cake, videographer, photographer, stationery, furniture, technical, transport, entertainment, decor. and signage 

  • Arranging of hair, make-up and bridal styling appointments if needed

  • Guest list, RSVP management or managing wedding websites

  • Collating local information for  guests for example  accommodation, travel guides or 'things to do' if they are from out of town

  • Creation of floor plans

  • Arranging bridal or guest transport and accommodation, if required

  • Arranging and attending site visits, meetings, and menu tastings

  • Any other wedding related tasks that might come up

  • Creating all on the day wedding admin and wedding day timelines

  • On the day management from set up to the end of the

  • day to ensure smooth running, including management of suppliers and coordination of wedding day events such as ceremony, cake cutting and first dance

INVESTMENT FOR FULL WEDDING PLANNING

The rate of this package is calculated at 10 -12 % of your wedding budget, this service has a minimum fee and starts from £6,000. For larger or smaller budgets I can put together a fixed rate option.

Orangery Wedding

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING SUPPORT

The partial planning experience is for you if you want to do a lot of the planning yourself or have made a good start, but need help with certain elements or guidance in those final months as the big day draws closer. This could include some supplier sourcing, extra site visits and design advice, full review of current plans, creating your floor plan, organising the schedule for your big day and on the day management and coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DURING PARTIAL PLANNING

My key responsibilities with the partial planning option would be:

 

  • Reviewing current plans and creating a timeline and checklist for tasks left to do

  • Sourcing any outstanding suppliers and liaising with your confirmed ones

  • Design advice and decor sourcing, if needed

  • Creating floor plans, if needed

  • Creating all on the day wedding admin and wedding day timelines

  • On the day management from set up to the end of the

  • day to ensure smooth running, including management of suppliers and coordination of wedding day events such as ceremony, cake cutting and first dance

INVESTMENT FOR PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

This is completely tailored to you, so I would quote after an initial consultation once I get to know you and your needs. As a guide cost, partial planning ranges from approximately £3,000 to £5,000 depending on your needs.
